How does Nationwide Ticket Fix work?

Nationwide Ticket Fix is a comprehensive, web-based solution that enables drivers to submit their traffic ticket information electronically to your firm. Nationwide Ticket Fix's Case Management System enables you to handle the client's ticket from beginning to end directly within your portal. You can accept and decline cases, message clients electronically, accept payments and perform various other invoicing functions, maintain your docket schedule, and provide form automation that gives clients the ability to complete and e-sign documents. Our application is also the only application that allows your clients to track their case 24/7 directly from their Nationwide Ticket Fix client portal.

How much does it cost?

How do clients find out about Nationwide Ticket fix?

Nationwide Ticket Fix markets to the general public through website optimization, digital advertising, and social media marketing. We also offer various marketing packages that you can add on to your subscription that will market your firm directly to drivers. Many clients find us through our various marketing efforts or word of mouth.

Who sets the legal fee for handling tickets?

You set your legal fee. During the on-boarding process, we will meet with you to determine which states/counties you would like to service and what pricing you would like to set for each violation type.

What merchant account systems do you offer?

There are three merchant account options available for you to choose from: Paypal, LawPay, and bill through your own system. We allow you to chose the best merchant account provider that matches your needs. LawPay is the most popular merchant account choice among our attorneys due to their low processing fee (1.95% + $0.20 per transaction) and ability to accept and protect payments to your IOLTA account. They are also the only payment solution approved by the ABA association.

Are you compliant with the ethical rules lawyers must follow?

How and when do I get paid?

Once you accept a ticket, you have the immediate ability to invoice a client for your services. Furthermore, Nationwide Ticket Fix also gives you the ability to invoice clients directly for any additional fees that could come up during the case. Invoice payments from your clients are paid directly to your firm via the merchant processing system that you select for setup in the system.

What if I don't want to accept a ticket?

No problem at all! If you do not want to accept a ticket, we give you the option to decline. There are no fees assessed for tickets that you decline. Nationwide Ticket Fix’s interface is designed to allow you to review all case and client details so that you can decide to accept or decline a case.
